Don’t know what to do or say?

When in doubt, blurt it out. It’s almost like saying when you don’t know what to do, follow your gut. What I do when I don’t know what to do or say is to pray, ask the Holy Spirit for guidance, and then do it. Another thing I do is delay the decision or comment until I feel comfortable about it. Sometimes, just taking one breath can do a lot of wonders when you are…

What’s next?

My family and I recently achieved a great milestone in our lives. It was not easy though. We were stressed and there were great challenges that we thought we’ll not overcome but with God’s grace and loving friends and family, we were able to make it through. When I was younger, I didn’t want to ask for any help because I always thought that I can do it on my own, but as I age,…

How to find your passion…

Ikigai has been my favorite tool whenever my clients wanted to know their reason for being. Sometimes we fail to see how blessed we are because of our routines but if we look closely at our everyday life, there are hundreds of reasons to be grateful. You are alive, you are reading this, you have what you need to survive… Isn’t that more than enough to be grateful…

Do something different…

Today, I tried doing a backsplash in our kitchen. If you’ll ask me if I am a DIY man, I am not but I am trying really hard. I do DIY because aside from the financial benefits, I get to learn and do something new. I try to be comfortable being uncomfortable and that’s what DIY brings me. It stretches me to do things I am not used to. In life, we have to be…
