Sleeping more, doesn’t mean you are a slacker…

I usually wake up at 6AM but today, I woke up at 8.
Well technically, I woke up at 6 but decided to sleep some more.
My wife asked me why I slept longer, I said because I was still sleepy.
Back then, Ill feel bad to not wake up at 6, but nowadays, I feel self-care and giving myself what I needed is nothing to feel bad about.
If you need and want more sleep, go sleep longer. Same principle applies to anything you need that yourself can provide.
