Happiness Tip #1 – Time Management
One tip I always recommend that I learned from one of the courses I attended is to implement a hard start and a hard stop.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Decide what time of the day you will start a certain activity(for example, work)
2. Decide what time of the day you will end a certain activity
3. Do your best to stick to them.
Nowadays, since most of us have the luxury of "time" given the mandate to stay and work from home because of the pandemic, this has been extra hard for me to implement personally although I have benefited a lot from this in the past.
As part of this post, I would love for you guys to hold me accountable to start my day at 5AM and end it at 9PM.
