One of the best things I incorporated into my life are my morning routines. It helps me feel accomplished early in the day and that whatever the day brings, I have already completed some essential tasks.

I have been doing my morning routines for about 2 years now. I started with just doing a gratitude journal for about two minutes and it has now evolved and currently here’s what my morning routine looks like:

  1. Fold my blanket
  2. Mediate for about 20 to 30 minutes
  3. Gratitude journal
  4. Write content
  5. Workout

The quarantine obviously changed this routine for the better as the time I am using for driving to work is now being used for extended meditation, writing content and working out.

Morning routines don’t work for everyone, but you’ll never know unless you try.

If you do want to try it, here’s how, start with doing something that will energize you such as stretches, journaling or even folding your blanket and do it for the next 7 days. If you find it enjoyable, either extend it or add more routines. Last but not the least, track it. It doesn’t matter how, as long as you track.

Have an awesome Friday!

Be happy!
